I was watching Dr. Oz Yesterday and he said to take at least 1,000 IU of Vitamin D to ward off breast and colon cancers. So Vitamin D seems to have additional benefits...even more than I mentioned earlier.

    Vitamin D, Magnesium, and Fish liver oil and Calcium are nutrients you cant live without long, especially if your living in a stressful environment. A stressful environment can mean from living with a stressful man to having a disease lke diabetes, thyroid or even a skin allergy. To eliminate stress hormone, orange juice helps it drunk in the afternoon when stress reaches its highest peak.

    The Most important vitamin that helps ward off Cancer would be Vitamin B 12 and vitamin D and C. But eating LIVE plant foods help you the best. I found this site and it tells you even to fight or prevent cancer!
