If you are a diabetic on meds and insulin, losing even 10 pounds will lower your blood sugar. Eat healthy, exercise regularly and drink lots of water. I WAS on meds and insulin and I have lost 30lbs. and I am now med free and insulin free!!!

  • When I want something sweet I eat sugar free jello or sugar free popsicles. They are so good! lol the popsicles have 15 calories- you can't beat that :) Also sugar free pudding if you crave chocolate - and what woman doesn't emoticon - by PURPLEROSE44

  • I buy the jello sugar free snack packs, sugar free apple sauce and fruit bowl snacks. They help curve the carving and they are only 60-70 calories. Also I drink plenty of ice water with a twist of lemon. Sometimes I crush a glass of ice, add water, squeeze a few drops of lemon/lime into it, add a sweetener (Equal, etc)and a straw.
