Foods That Promote Weight Loss




Eating protein foods will promote weight loss and eating fewer carbs will help to control blood sugar levels and promote weight loss. Eat 1/2 cup beans, blueberries, broccoli, oranges, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, pumpkin, squash,, med. sweet potatoes, cabbage, celery, greek yogurt, salmon, 1 ounce of nuts, and oatmeal to promote weight loss. Eat tuna, eggs, low fat cottage cheese, chicken or turket breast.
