The B vitamins are essential for weight loss cause they control sugar levels, metabolic rate and thyroid function. Eat bananas, avacados, oranges,milk and yogurt, nuts, eggs, dark leafy greens, liver, meat and poultry, whole grains including barley or take supplements.
