This Sparked Me!

Stand in front of the mirror naked every morning and ask yourself " Am I where I want to be or do I need to lose more weight?"
The answer is usually easy and helps for those weak moments.

For better or worse, I don't really see it in the mirror. But PHOTOS -- oh boy.

I look at myself naked about once a week - only to visualize the weight leaving my body and to honestly praise my body for any improvement I see. Part of my weight loss hypnosis suggestions is to look in the mirror and visualize how you want your body to look - "see" the lbs. melting away. See your waistline as you want it. Your mind will translate this into action.

My problem is that I will nitpick myself no matter what my weight is. Even when I was 108lbs, I still found problems. I try to go by how I feel in my social environment. Or what my boyfriend says. He is better at judging my weight level because I have such a skewed vision of myself.
