  • I look at myself naked about once a week - only to visualize the weight leaving my body and to honestly praise my body for any improvement I see. Part of my weight loss hypnosis suggestions is to look in the mirror and visualize how you want your body to look - "see" the lbs. melting away. See your waistline as you want it.   • My problem is that I will nitpick myself no matter what my weight is. Even when I was 108lbs, I still found problems. I try to go by how I feel in my social environment.
