I learned that when I prepare my meals the night before and write down what I am going to eat-- I am guarenteed to sitck to my plan. It's great to know ahead of time what you are going to eat so that the next day, there is no room for slip ups! Scheduling workouts helps too!

    i agree with you on this planning and journaling my food/or what i plann to eat and what i actually do eat helps me a lot
