1. Log in first thing each day.
2. Utilize all the various "sites" within the program. Be sure to go to the "site" that can tell you what your BMI, BMR, and total daily calorie needs actually are.
3. YOU DO HAVE THE WILL POWER TO STICK TO THOSE DAILY NEEDS!
4. Dieting without exercise is fruitless so let your feet hit the floor running--YOU WILL SUCCEED!
5. By the way, I've lost 40 pounds since11/17/2010 by following these "rules".
