You have to really want to be healthier and fit. You have to be willing to give up foods that are unhealthy and instead of trying to find a way to eat them, understand that you just cant have the unhealthy version, find a healthy way. Be determind and strong and always keep the big picture in mind

Change to change is a tool for recognizing we have to do some and do something different to get a different result. So change to change is a mantra...and stance to look at self from...to ask the deep question: Am I willing to change so I can change?
To change to change I think we need one piece of equiptment: an open mind. To do something different is to do something different and let youself have the "ah ha" experience that goes like this: I liked that or I did not like that. Or that was good for me and I can do that again.
