I stock my kitchen freezer with these. The make a great hunger-buster. Then I use any leftover veggies to add to a canned soup for another meal later. (Sometimes I eat the whole bag myself. Love the green beans) Hope you don't think I'm weird, but it works for me.
When I feel hunger, and it is not quite meal time, I eat a banana really slowly, putting it down while I chew. I'm usually multitasking at the same time. I find that when I am half way through eating it, I feel so full, I can hardly finish it!! There goes my hunger!
