I portion out my own snacks, instead of spending lots more on 100-calorie snack packages in the store. (Compare the price per pound on your favorite vs the regular product,) I measure out the proper size serving (using the Nutrition Facts Label as my guide) into a container (preferably one I can reuse), sometimes dividing the whole large package this way. BONUS: It not only saves me money, it keeps me from overindulging on snacks, too, which ultimately saves my wallet and my waistline!!
