With Easter approaching many will be faced with Easter buffets. If there is something you know you want to eat, but it might be higher calories. Eat that thing first. You will end up saving calories in the long run. Otherwise you will fill up on other things, but probably still give in to the crave.

    I totally agree with you. Just eat it in smaller servings. Portion control is the key. emoticon
