Sharing responsibility for healthy dinners with two of my SparkSisters has been a huge help for me. Several months ago we decided to support each other by taking turns making dinner - I have Sunday, D has Tuesday, & M has Thursday. Benefits: We eat healthier. Our menus are varied. We share the work. We save money. And, most of all, we have fun together! Win! Win! Win! All the way around! Thanks, SparkSisters!
