When I get home from the grocery store, I immediately measure our servings and put them into plastic bags or tupperware containers. It may take a little more time after shopping, but they're easy to grab when you're in a rush, and prevents you from over-eating when you're snacking at home.

Keeping track of my daily food intake has helped me immensely. It has taught me about nutrition and helps to keep me accountable. I notice when I stop tracking my food I gain weight. Lesson learned!

Easy measureing. Since servings are not always easy, for things like cereal, I keep the proper serving size measuring cup in the container. I get the exact serving size without having to pour into a measuring cup.

Good Morning All. I know we all Love to try new recipes and posting them to SparkRecipes.com...PLEASE When entering a new recipe, put the serving SIZE (eg. 1 cup or 4 oz etc..). It's quite difficult to make a recipe and then divide it by the number of servings to find out the serving size. We all try to watch our serving sizes and acturally measure them out all the time.
