  • I think this is the MOST important thing to do! If you donít start to heal the things that got you to this point then you will always be fighting against it instead of moving forward! Forgiveness and acceptance propel you forward! Thanks for this post Ė I too cried when I read it because I have been on this journey all week. And have finally started to forgive and heal. I have not cried in years because I did not want to show I was weak. Crying is healing and again forgiving. emoticon - by 33ALLUNA
