Instead of getting the butter lover's popcorn or cheese popcorn, get the 94% fat free and add your own seasoning (they sell popcorn seasoning). It's healthier and you can control how much you put on :}

Surprised? Popcorn is good for you as long as you don't cover it with loads of butter. Not to mention that 3 cups of popcorn=1 serving of grain (surprised?)! Instead of butter, try adding popcorn seasoning that you can find in your local grocery store.
You can also use BBQ seasoning (the powder in the shakers). I once found, in the store, a man sampling BBQ seasoning. He was sampling it on popcorn. I tried it, and couldn't believe how tasty it made the popcorn. I bought the seasoning simply so I could put it on popcorn!
