I have reduced my cholesterol to 167 and my trglycerides(fat in my blood) down from 250 to 103 in 3 months. You can too! Eat 4 walnuts a day, put flaxseeds and seasame seeds onto salad, oatmeal grits, into cereal and veggies, just about everthing. I add pine nuts to my salads and have a small salad per day. Eat green beans 3x per week and have meat once every two weeks only. No skin on chicken or turkey, and I eat nothing white or anything thats baked or made with sugar.
