I love cereal in the morning, but sometimes I dont have the time to sit and eat it. For that reason, I pick a cereal that is good for eating with fingers (honey chex, quaker oatmeal squares ect.) and fill a coffee mug with milk. I munch on my cereal while driving, and drink my milk. Getting the nutrition from a bowl of cereal, just not mixed together. It helps me stay on track!

The week is so busy, that I prepare the main part of Monday-Friday's meals on the weekend, then freeze them for my husband and I. At dinner I simply re-heat and serve with fresh or steamed veggies. FAST & EASY! 12302286254
I also make a dozen muffins on the weekend, with protein powder and fruit in them for a fast breakfast on the go each morning.
When I pack my lunch the night before or get my breakfast ready to go before I go to bed...then I am 90% more likely to have a great day! For example, if I am having an egg white omelette for breakfast I chop the veggies the night before...saves time and thought in the morning 9
