Every morning I plan out everything I'm going to eat for the day then get on SP and put it all in my tracker! That helps me not grab for that tempting unhealthy food that I'd love to eat cause I know that'll put me over my calories for the day! No more mindless eatting! So far this has been a huge help to me! :)

    I've been doing the same thing and it definitely helps. It also lets me know if I have any extra calories to have that treat. I started doing this when I started my diet and honestly, I'd be embarrassed to find out how many calories I was eating before I started.
