A bubble bath has always helped me to relax. Yesterday while was taking a bath I had an idea. I turned on my machine that has sounds such as rain, water fall etc. The soothing bath and the calming sounds took my stresses away.

I keep two types of shower products: upscale, nice-smelling shampoo and conditioner and perfumed bath gel, and normal drugstore stuff. When I have worked out in the morning before my shower, I use the good stuff, and when I haven't, I use the cheap stuff. Every time I take a shower after I work out, I'm rewarding myself for sticking to my goals, and every time I have to use the normal stuff, I'm reminded to get back on track.
You can find travel sizes of most upscale bath products that fit well into a gym bag without taking up much room.
Learning to can and preserve your own food does more than save you money. Many of the products on the market like canned tomatoes, beans, and fruits are canned in cans that have a lining that may be harmful to your health and can cause cancer. By canning your own food you save money and your health. Need help getting started? Go online, the library, or even your local cooperative extension has advice. You don't have to start out with pressure canning. (continued in more information)
Try water bath canning for fruits, tomatoes, an pickled vegetables.
