Get up and play with your pets! Its amazing how many obese pets there are in America now! It's kind of a bad sign if your dog growls at you when you say "Go for a walk"...
Even 5 minutes of tugging on a rope or chasing your cat around will make a difference. Staying healthy isn't about a dramatic change all at once, its about continuous modifications that work best for you!

  • I agree! Sometimes we get caught up in our own fitness and forget about our pets fitness! I am so lucky because my mini Aussie, Charlie, loves to go for walks and he gets chased around by my kids. He makes me love to go out and go for walks! - by LEAHLYNN68
  • Taking your dog for a walk is also a great way to squeeze a little cardio in for the day. And your dog will certainly enjoy it. I know my little mutt does. - by JGOELLNER
