I have discovered that chewing a piece of gum after a meal instantly gets rid of my dessert cravings. It works like a charm and is a good way to keep a balanced meal healthy.

For me, the best kind of gum is one that is sweeter, like Orbit Sweet Mint or fruit flavored gum.

    Extra makes sugar free dessert gum. The flavors sound gross - but they are yummy!!! They really take care of the sweet tooth.
