When I have fallen off the wagon, I just focus on one thing for a week--whether it's drinking my water, doing my cardio or measuring my portions. If I can just do this one thing for one week, I've had a successful week! Then the next week I'm motivated by my success to add another area of focus
Ground flaxseed and cinnamon will help lower your blood sugar and your triglycerides. Try a daily breakfast shake with oatmeal, flaxseed, cinnamon, fruit (banana, apple, papaya, whatever) , water and skim milk in the blender. Tastes good and will definitely lower your numbers!
