I find that when i don't really want to work out, if i just put on my workout shoes it gets the ball rolling and I'm ready to start my workout. Putting on my shoes/ workout cloths seems to be the hardest part. After the workout, i feel energized and ready to take on the world. So put on those shoes!

    Then if I still need a push I tell myself that I'll "just do 10 minutes' - often thats all that I need. Hell, I'm there, dressed and working out - I might as well make it worth turning up for.

    This is a great trick that I use, too, when I don't feel like working out -- start putting on the workout clothes and shoes and some kind of transformation occurs. I can then step into my workout and get on with it. Thanks for sharing this!
