Hi Guys,

I cheated 2 times this week and still lost weight. Why? Because I continue to exercise no matter what. My husband and I workout 5 days a week and have lost a total of 20 pounds together in a month. I cheated by eating a Krispy Creme Donut filled with vanilla custard. It was good, but not to healthy. emoticon
