Dishes And Exercise!




When I don't have a housefull of dishes I wash them by hand ( burns calories) and while I am doing that I do squats, calf lifts and leg lifts, when I put them into the dishwasher to dry I do lunges. Getting in extra strength and calorie burning that way. emoticon
