I keep a jug of homemade Gazpacho in the fridge for times when I just need something to tide me over. It's healthy and very lo-cal.

I can't wait for my garden's harvest to make Gazpacho.

In 2007 I went to the area Charity Group Thrift stores. I bought car loads of Mason Jars, Snap-top Ceramic Storage Jars, and I even bought two FOOD SAVER vacuum devices (both for under $20.00). When I'm home I make enough Gazpacho to last the family well into March. Of course the freezer bags are expensive.
