If accurate tracking is important to you, be careful when selecting a food from the search menu. A lot of items are entered by members, and not everyone is as accurate or as complete as they could be. The best way to be sure of the calories you eat is to research for yourself and build your own list of favorites.

    It also makes tracking so much easier for me because all my favorites are together in the same area. It's tedious to enter each new item, but boy am I glad I did!

    I would agree with this! It takes a long time but you can gradually build up a good selection of the foods you use the most. An investment of your time in the long run!
