The best way to be sure of the calories you eat is to research for yourself and build your own list of favorites.

each time you track a food make sure you clikc the my favorites key, overtime you will find foods that you normally eat. Then when you track the food for the day use the myfavorites, it is much faster than looking each food up each day.
Overtime you will have most of the foods entered into your favorites and it is much faster in using the nutrition tracker.
