Get a great start on the day by working out in the morning! I'm not a morning person but after 6 weeks of pushing myself to get up an hour earlier than I normally would, getting to the gym and having a great workout, I find myself waking up early and wanting to get to the gym. It makes me feel good throughout the day, I'm burning fat calories faster and I don't have to worry about things coming up in the afternoon that will interfere with my workout time.

I've been struggling to get my morning workout in and read my bible every morning due to time constraints. Now I found a free online audio link where I can listen to the bible every morning and workout at the same time. I get to revitalize my body and faith at the same time. WHAT A GLORIOUS DAY!
It's hard, but I find that if I exercise in the morning I feel motivated to be healthy for the rest of the day. After a good morning workout I eat healthier all day, drink more water, and feel more energetic. If I wait until the evening, I snack during the day and think to myself 'I'll make it up later tonight when I workout'. Then I'm too tired and discouraged by the time workout time comes around.
