If you dont already know why this is important, It sounds kind of backwards. But really this is what will help you lose that weight. When you exorcise, your metabolism increases in rate. therefor, when you eat a portioned and healthy meal after exorcising, your body will digest the food quicker and will not absorb the things it does not need, like fat and unnecessary calories, because it will not have the time. the food will not sit in your body as long.

I just read a study (on sparkpeople) that supportef this idea- the test subjects who exercised first lost a lot more weight. I've always done it this way (for many reasons) but it's nice to now know it is more beneficial too!

The benefit of walking after eating is that you burn the sugar right away leaving less work for the insulin which helps in weight loss.

I eat with my non dominant hand, that way I eat slower and not as much :)
Thinkin positive!! Allowin yourself to not think of what you can not eat allow yourself to think of what ya can eat and enjoy to eat.
I don't ever think of the downside of food. I don't ever think of the emptiness I have in my belly.
I think of what I can enjoy the flavor of to eat...what I can make myself feel full with but not consumin' way to much of to do this.
Think of not eat'n a lone even if you are sittin alone do it in public.

If you tell yourself it is day by day it will feel like it. But if you tell your self it is a beautiful day and my food smells good...the day won't matter it is just one out of 365 in the year.
