I have found that whatever comes in my life I can find something good in it. It may be hard at the time but everything has a reason why it is happening. So the next time find the good and it may help you heal it has for me. God is our refuge and he will help bring us through what we have to face. Learn from Spark people and spread the word.

Get a jump atart on keeping your house clean and picked up by developing a habit of never "passing through" a room empty handed. If there is something that needs to be put away (shoes left by the door, etc...) just grab them and carry them with you while you are passing through anyway.
Instead of looking at the whole overwhelming picture, methodically do "one small thing to make it just a little better" every chance you get. Reward yourself for improvement, even if the whole job isn't done, at least you just made it BETTER instead of worse...you'll be done before you know it!
Identify your worst 'snack time' and use it for Fitness Minutes instead
Late afternoons, I would snack while fixing dinner -- usually filling up before dinner was ready, but I'd still eat a full dinner. Now I go to the gym or take a walk during the time dinner is cooking and get a double benefit! Fewer calories in, More calories burned!
