I use my grill to cook practically everything. From chicken to french fries. I line the bottom of grill with foil, cut a few small slits in it and spray with non stick cooking spray, (I prefer canola spray) season, cover food with foil & cook. Quick, easy & delicious

I will be using mine a lot now that the weather (for those of us with winters) is forcing me inside. I make grilled vegetable paninis on the GF grill and they're delicious with a bowl of chicken soup which I make with left over chicken, noodles and vegetables in the crockpot. All done with little effort.

Having a George Foreman grill and a crockpot is a great investment in time and nutrition.
I love my George Foreman grill. First I spray a coating of olive oil. Then I put on the fresh veggies. LOVE sliced zucchini and asparagus on the grill. I sprinkle on some Greek Seasoning. Then George does the work. Healthier and quicker veggies.
I love grilled meats and fish and own a George Foreman grill, but I hate the clean-up involved after grilling or sauteing meats. While searching for something else, I came across the Rocket Grill. It is like a toaster, and you insert your fresh or frozen food into a parchment bag and put it into the slot.

After a couple of minutes, it is perfectly grilled, even without a marinade, has nice grill marks, and the best thing is that you toss out the parchment bag with the fat that has collected in the bottom, and there is NO CLEAN UP AT ALL!
