I find that my boyfriend and I doing SparkPeople together has been incredibly helpful. He's very keen on cooking so when he makes a great healthy recipe he inputs it with all the ingredients and works out the serving/portion amounts, and then uses the SHARE feature with SparkMail to send it to me, then all I have to do is add to to my tracker! I do the same thing with things that I cook. Also we put motivational comments and goodies on eachother's Sparkpages, it's so nice to see that!
