For a chocolate craving, mix a half a serving of low-fat chocolate pudding with 2-3 tablespoons of fat-free cool whip. If you want ice cream, freeze this mixture for 30 min to an hour. Enjoy! (You can substitute chocolate pudding for any other flavor.)

I will always want chocolate, and it's so unhealthy! I treat myself to chocolate every day without going over 100 calories. Take a sugar-free chocolate jell-o pudding cup, which is 60 calories. Dump it into a bowl with 3 tbsp LIGHT whipped cream and mix. Chocolate mousse! And not quite 100 calories!
