  • BOOKS_CATS_TEA.....one thing that I do that works for me (and I don't know if it is an option for you)....when i get to work in the morning and log into my computer, I have it set so that SparkPages comes up automatically for me. So, if I see it first thing every day I USE IT :-) I also have the app on my phone so when i travel i can search and add foods and activities. Hope this helps. Have a beautiful day - by ROBBIEK09
  • I totally agree with tracking what you eat. I have done the WeightWatchers thing TWICE......but as soon as I thought I could "do it on my own", I reverted back to my old habits and the weight came back on. TRACKING YOUR FOOD WORKS!!!!! Be diligent about making it a habit for life....I am still learning that the hard way as i try and lose 40 pounds again. emoticon - by ROBBIEK09
  • I really need to begin doing this. I struggle with remembering to do it - even if I begin the day tracking, during the course of the day I forget, and then in the evening I have trouble remembering what I ate during the rest of the day. Any suggestions?
