Eating fresh fruits and vegetables helps feed the hunger.

MORE INFORMATION:
I find that eating a plate of cut up fruits and vegetables helps to curb that late night hunger pain. It is healthier than eating a bag of chips, crackers or a bowl of ice cream. I tend to keep with the cut up vegetables at night and save fruit for during the day.

    Keep in mind that if you are diabetic, you need to limit the high fructose fruits!
