  • I can have have sweet shakes every day and get my vegetables at the same time at very little cost. for example. A package of spinach frozen for 2 cups of green leaf vegetables packed cup plus a banana and other fruits my favorite extract (vanilla or other flavor) add raw honey or sucante raw unprocessed sugar sometimes add almond milk which I make . Put all this in a high power blender don;t forget ice. blend well and there you have it. Delicious make your own recipes . emoticon - by DEUTSCHFUR
