I like having appetizing snacks and meals to look forward to. Ex: Fresh Berries or fresh fruit and coconut milk, or Organic plain yogurt and fresh cut up fruit w/ agave nectar. YUM How about A fresh apple cut up and peeled add cinnamon a little butter organic milk and maybe a smidge of nutmeg! YUM

always needed sweets everyday. I now have the 10 allowed dark chocolate almonds as my sweets for the day. I can grab one here and one there through out the day. one an hour would be sweets all day. 30 this is my secret to keeping away from bad sweets. one ounce of dark chocolate is good for the heart and almonds are also good for you. ENJOY.
I love my sweets! This has been my biggest challenge. I started searching through Spark Recipes and found low cal, low carb sweets such as Easy No Bake Strawberry Shortcake and now have a way to curb my sweet tooth without all the calories, carbs, and fat!! 4 With a little research there are more great recipes for sweets that fit into any diet plan!!
