Get the kids involved and you will see how much they motivate you. My kids remind me to log my food and they love to exercise with me. They even read labels while we grocery shop and make good suggestions about what to buy. They also love being able to measure food on the food scale and with the measuring cups. This has turned out to be fun and we all are enjoying our new lifestyle.

When I just can't fit my work-out in, and see the day slipping away, if I stop and do one of the 10 minute SP videos I find that it is highly likely I will find a way to fit in 10, 20 or 30 minutes more before the day ends. Starting with 10 minutes reminds my body how easy it is and how much better I feel... so the additional exercise is very easy! If nothing else, at least I got that 10 minutes in!!
So remembering to just get going makes all the difference in the world!
I have found that my Sparkfriends are not only the MOST motivating help in building up my morale, they are INVALUABLE! And I learned by accident when I put my page offline some time ago for a while that I need them and MISS them when I don't see or hear from them !!!! I found I cannot be on SP without them ! And I also experienced the PAIN of not knowing about MAJOR events in their lives when I didn't keep in contact! So I try to keep in contact with at least 2 a day and say hello !
