My iPad fits perfectly on the console of my treadmill, so I've been watching a TV series I've never seen before. It is so easy to get lost in the show and forget about the time I've been working out. This is a double bonus-see shows I've never had the time to watch and get in shape while doing it!

I found that going to My Sparkpoints is a great way to explore all that this site has to offer. Until I read all the ways to get points, I didn't know about Trivia, or Secrets of Success. When I click "view sparkpoints" it reminds me of all the different ways Sparkpeople supports me on my fitness quest, with articles, blogs, teams, recipes. There is such a wealth of info here.

My best friend who is a track and cross country runner told me about doing the Lying Abduction (or Adduction) exercise while you read. But you can do it while watching TV as well. I love doing this because then I feel more time-efficient!
