I have found that tracking everything I do and eat keeps me in line with my goals. I find it easy to stay on track when I know exactly what I am eating and when I am exercising.

    Tracking food and exercise have been my primary tool for success (30 lbs so far in 6 mos). I even log when I "cheat"--it keeps me honest.
