I keep track of my time when I am working in the garden or doing heavy cleaning to help with my cardio minutes/calories burned for the week. It's made me realize how much more active I've become since joining SP.

Example-Make a plan to do" whatever"- three days a week Put it on your calendar and check off when you have finished (the check off is part of your reward) You can record minutes accomplished right on your calendar, This works for me.!
Move for 10 minutes. Sitting in a chair, standing up, whatever, just increase your movement level for 10 minutes. The goal her is to improve air and blood flow, so work at your on pace. Have music playing either from an exercise video or the radio, Sandwich this in anywhere in your day.
