The Sweet Tooth Game: You Can Have Your Cake And Eat It Too!
Members Were Sparked
I sometimes buy some chocolate that I like a lot and see how long I can keep it in the fridge without eating it. I get the frills from resisting candy AND I know I will eventually have a very good treat for myself! It's a win-win situation!
Caution: Don't try this at home if you're seriously addicted to sweets! I will decline all responsibility! But also watch out for the expiration date, you don't want that candy bar to become sentient after 1 year of living in your fridge!

I'll Have a Slice of Birthday Cake AT THE RESTAURANT!
I LOVE to BAKE! The problem IS I LOVE to EAT WHAT I BAKE! So, now instead of baking a birthday cake or some other sweet that will last a week in the house,I celebrate the day by eating OUT and having the slice of cake, pie or sweet treat at a restaurant! That way I have my cake "SLICE" and eat it too
I KNOW I WILL celebrate with some sweet treat, but keeping only one slice within reach and OUT at a restaurant fulfills my sweet tooth, sense of celebration, and keeps the REST away from my waistline! That helps me "teach" my body that one piece is ENOUGH!
Just a quick tip to allow small indulgences without having to avoid the man in your life who likes to always take you out to dinner, or bring home your favorite fruit smoothie from the local ice creamery .
My BF has a habit of picking up fruit smoothies for us when he comes home from playing ball at the YMCA. Instead of refusing his kindness I break the calories down with my $0.69 Popsicle mold from the Dollar tree.
That medium McDonalds Strawberry Banana smoothie become 10 frozen treats!
