Take 2 sheets of paper. On one sheet write down all of the things you don't like about how you look or feel (all the reasons you want to lose weight). On the second sheet, write down all of the excuses that have kept you from starting the weight loss journey. Read sheet number 2 three times. At the bottom of the sheet, write THIS STOPS TODAY! and sign it. Put both sheets in a prominent place where you can read them every day.
