I buy the large package of skinless, boneless chicken breasts when it is on sale. I filet them in half for thin 3-4 oz portions and grill them all using various flavors of Mrs. Dash. Then I individually wrap them in aluminum foil and freeze in a large freezer bag. Whenever I'm at a loss for what to eat , I can pull a chicken breast out of the freezer and thaw it in the microwave. I love them on top of salads!

I keep canned chicken in pantry for emergencies. I drain the broth from can into a jar that I keep in the freezer before using the chicken. When a recipe calls for chicken broth, I have some waiting in the freezer without purchasing more containers of chicken broth.
Chicken has essential nutrients and vitamins, along with protein which assists overweight and obese people in losing weight fast. Chicken Soup has an anti-inflammatory effect. Also try chicken stuffed w/feta and spinach, I like to make a bunch, eat some hot and after it chills makes slices to eat cold. Dont eat breaded or fast food chicken, its all too fatty.
