Here's my go-to breakfast when I need some "get-up-and-go" in a hurry in the morning, energy that will last me a few hours. Don't judge this by the list of ingredients, just the taste and how great you feel!
In a blender, mix the following until smooth:
1/2 cup lowmilk
4 oz soft tofu
1 small banana
3 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
4 pkts splenda
Even if you hate tofu, you won't be able to tell it's in here, and it makes this SO healthy.
You can choose what kind of milk you use (I like 1%) and also what amount and kind of sweetener (some prefer honey).
