Delicious, Fast, Energy-Boosting , And Surprisingly Nutritious, Breakfast

Here's my go-to breakfast when I need some "get-up-and-go" in a hurry in the morning, energy that will last me a few hours. Don't judge this by the list of ingredients, just the taste and how great you feel!
In a blender, mix the following until smooth: 1/2 cup lowmilk 4 oz soft tofu 1 small banana 3 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder 4 pkts splenda
Even if you hate tofu, you won't be able to tell it's in here, and it makes this SO healthy.
You can choose what kind of milk you use (I like 1%) and also what amount and kind of sweetener (some prefer honey).

I am not a kitchen person and do not like shopping, cooking or doing dishes. I just do it! What I have done is buy a three level rice cooker (bottom does rice, 2nd does meat and 3rd does vegetables) just hit the button and way it goes. I also use the crockpot a lot ... all in one feeds all.
This is nutritious, easy & fast.
I make up a batch of" Chicken Kale Vegetable "soup and "Turkey Veggie Joe "mix served on whole grain slim buns. Alternate lunches for a few days. I add one seving of whole grain crackers with soup and plate of fruit with the Joes.
Delicious and nutritious. getting several servings of veggies a day.
