Everything in moderation. Variety and moderation are keys to health and contentment. Thus, diets which forbid are difficult to maintain as a permanent life style.
I read the health new about 1 to 2 alcohol drinks per day being good for your heart and health. Chocolate too, has now become a health additive in small amounts. Maybe the real key is moderation in ALL things. Hm.. have I read that somewhere before?224
I firmly believe that moderation is key to my weight loss success. I think it is okay to splurge every once in a while as long as it is done with moderation. If you are craving pizza, make it with a little cheese and lots of veggies. If you are craving chips, try some baked ones. If you really want that chocolate chip cookie then just get one from the store . It is okay to have a small ice cream cone once in a while. The key is moderation. I believe in 80% healthy, 20% not so healthy.
