You do NOT have to eat like a pencil thin model to maintain your weight loss, but you do need to choose wisely and practice portion control. Save special goodies for special ocassions and eat only ONE serving! And moderate amounts of exercise will do the trick! Thirty minutes a day is just fine!

    I find one small square of good quality dark chocolate can be just as satisfying as one large serving of chocolate cream pie for example and one will have less guilt feelings and be able to stick to calorie control. emoticon
