Exercise-Beginning walkers must think positive to stay motivated when walking.
lf you want to walk you need to be committed to doing it. Many new walkers get discouraged because they concentrate on the process of walking they think about discomfort and getting weary. Try to be upbeat, it 's good for body and mind. Think positive it will help you learn to love to walk often.
I walk outdoors and look at the trees and birds. If you are distracted by your surroundings you can be distracted from thoughts of getting weary or wanting to quit. Once you become positive it will be easier you will miss your walks and want to get out and do it.
I have always put my life in God's hands and he has never failed me. Now don't get me wrong I may not have gotten what I wanted but he has done what is best for me. With all the prays that have been going to him to stop the chemo or do his will, he has. Because my blood test show some things way low and others high i cannot have chemo again because it would not be safe. 3 weeks back to the Dr and I am going to work hard to get strong. God is my rock and always will be. Live life with him. Smile
When I moved, I had a ton of books that I really didn't need anymore, but still wanted new ones. I found a site- swap.com, where I can list the books I have and the books I want and it sets up a trade between members. All you do is pay for shipping. I like it a lot. I've gotten some things I really wanted, while getting rid of some books I no onger had interest in.
