Working out with a friend is sooo much easier than trying to tackle it alone. You push each other and most importantly you push yourself.
Grab a friend who isn't a quitter...that is very important. Both of you are in it for the long run! Also, my REAL secret is to get a friend no more than 10lbs +/- than you. If you weigh about the same, you have about the same to lose
