For an almost ice cream treat, I'll toss a low- or fat-free flavored yogurt container in the freezer for a few hours until it's hard, but not so hard I can't eat it (if it gets that way, nuke it a bit), and it satisfies my craving for real ice cream at only 80 to 100 calories.

What I DON'T keep in the House on a Regular basis!
Cream Cheese, cookies,brownies,soda at all [no diet,nothing],cupcakes,donuts, high cal pizza[we go for Kashi Med. pizza @ 290 for a 1/3 slice],cakes,pies,ice cream[we go for frozen yogurt instead!~our fave=Chocolate Fudge Brownie Frozen Yogurt by Dreyer's!].
