For an almost ice cream treat, I'll toss a low- or fat-free flavored yogurt container in the freezer for a few hours until it's hard, but not so hard I can't eat it (if it gets that way, nuke it a bit), and it satisfies my craving for real ice cream at only 80 to 100 calories.

When I'm craving soft-serve, I stop by Ikea for one of their vanilla fro-yo cones. 100 calories and I totally feel like I'm treating myself with icecream!

You can put a spoon or stick in them and have a popsicle. I've stopped eating ice cream for the most part. The yogurt does the trick.
