Spinach and Turmeric are two of the healthiest foods going, but they are often absent in the American diet. I always make a point of throwing both these ingredients into hearty soups and stews. Unless you really overdo it, both ingredients just kind of blend in without changing the flavor of your recipe and deliver a whopping dose of antioxidents to your meal.

    Interesting.... How much Turmeric do you use?

    I eat Spinach twice a week. People with Gout can NOT eat spinach very often.

    I like to put fresh baby spinich on my sandwiches instead of lettuce.
